Kasey and I spent a couple weeks planning the perfect proposal for Kendal on the beach in Naples, Florida, and it was so worth the wait. We originally had April 3rd picked out, but the weather had other plans. Stormy skies turned into the easiest reschedule, because the next day gave us the most perfect Florida sunset and calm, glowing light along the Naples shoreline.

I was lowkey cracking up to myself at the beginning because I had to sneakily follow them from a distance while they walked the beach looking for the right spot. Truly felt like a stalker for a second, but it paid off. The moment Kasey dropped to one knee, everything shifted. The beach erupted into cheers, and it instantly turned into one of those scenes you can’t plan but will never forget.

Their family came out right after to celebrate, hug them, and jump into a few photos, which made the whole experience feel even more special and full of energy. After that, we wandered the beach for portraits that felt super cinematic and natural. The kind of images that actually tell the story of what it felt like to be there.

These two are genuinely the sweetest, and getting to document such a huge moment for them in Naples was so special. I already know their future together is going to be something really beautiful.
